We work with an integrated management platform that enables our consultants to give you feedback on the status of your application at any time.
All positions are published on our website, allowing you to apply with a minimum of hassle. On receipt of your CV, we will ask you to fill in a data file that adds information on your requirements, such as salary and benefits, where you prefer to work, etc.
You will then be called by the consultant to discuss your CV and, if both parties are in agreement, arrange a preliminary interview.
Our goal in this interview is to understand your professional skills and to make an objective match with the competences that are needed to succeed in the job on offer. To do this, we will ask you to present examples of previous professional experiences demonstrating the competences required.
As trained HR professionals, our consultants aim to have an open dialogue with you and offer suggestions and feedback on how to improve your interview.
If both parties are interested, we will then arrange an interview with the client company. We will keep you informed at every stage of a process that we aim to make as rapid as possible.
If you are offered the position, we will then advise and guide you through the salary and contract negotiations. Once your start date has been decided on, we will arrange a follow-up to discuss your integration into the new role.
