Accountant + in-house-bank project
Function
reporting to the Accounting Manager and taking part in the in-house bank team.
Main Tasks :
- Daily banking reconciliation
- Preparation and input of the invoices and other related documents
- Treatment and follow-up of the banking payments
- Participating in the monthly and yearly closures
Back-up Tasks :
- Verification of account statements and of postings related to these account statements
- Reconciliation of the in-house bank subledger with the VGSB general ledger
- Reconciliation of accounts and reports with financial institutions and VW Group Companies
- Monitoring and checking of all accounting transactions related to the in-house bank activities
- Verification of the IHB-month-end closings
Profile
- Bachelor degree in Business Economics or Accounting
- Bilingual: Dutch/French, good knowledge of English, knowledge of German or Spanish is an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and of SAP (know-how within the financial sector)
- First experience in financial accounting
- Teamplayer
