Highly Organised and Dynamic Management Assistant

Fonction

  • You are fully responsible for the smooth running of your lawyers' organisation & administration.
  • You will personally assist them in all secretarial tasks as well as being in daily contact with clients.
  • You have full responsibility for coordinating the Partner's extremely busy agenda, all internal & external meetings, her presence at conferences & business lunches as well as keeping the To Do List up to date.
  • You will format & edit correspondence, reports & opinions as well as create PowerPoint presentations (layout is very important).  You assemble material for meetings.
  • You will be responsible from A - Z for the follow-up of opening client files, the management of e-mails, ensuring deadlines are met, completing timesheets, expenses & billing requiring much initiative.
  • You need to maintain a very efficient client database & filing system.

Working Hours: 9 - 5.30 (some overtime)

Profil

  • 3 years + Management Assistant experience.
  • French mother tongue with very good English & Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, forward planner, excellent prioritiser, able to anticipate.
  • Bright, dynamic and highly motivated team player with a real desire to be involved.
  • Detailed.
  • Proactive and solution oriented. 
  • Sound communication skills, discrete and diplomatic.
