Fonction

• Fully support a Partner and Off Counsel in their working days
• Coordinate agenda, conference, business lunch & worldwide travel arrangements from A - Z and monitor changes immediately
• Finalise material for meetings
• Expenses follow-up
• Timesheet follow-up
• Telephone contact
• Reception of visitors
• Draft short correspondence
• Planning & prioritising one's own workload in order to meet deadlines
• Fully responsible for coordinating all the administration & organisation
• Working hours: 9 am - 6 pm

Profil

• 3 years + Management Assistant experience
• Very good English & French (written & spoken)
• Sound knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Accurate, paying attention to detail
• Highly organised, respecting deadlines 
• Initiative, creative in finding solutions
• Motivated, open to learning & reliable
• Discrete, often handling confidential matters
