Dynamic Accounting Support

Functie

• In charge of billing
• Ensuring that all third party costs are correctly charged
• Payment of invoices
• Record cash received from clients
• Credit control
• Report cash and bank balances to HQ
• Bank Reconciliations
• Responsible for the Balance Sheet
• Preparation of VAT Returns
• Responsible for providing tax information & analysis for the firm's Accountants.
• Reconciliation of the salaries accounts
• Payment of Partners' distributions
• Involved in budget preparation
• Assist HQ with Year end billing & financial analysis.
• Provide details of fixed asset purchases
• Report to: Director of Finance - Europe and Asia, based in UK

Profiel

• Accounting background or knowledge of Belgian Statutory Accounting is an asset
• Fluent English & French OR Dutch
• Detail oriented
• Professional
• Initiative, self motivated
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
