Customer Service Supervisor EMEA

Functie

 

As Customer Services Supervisor EMEA you will:

Support the Customer Service Manager in ensuring and monitoring that TerumoBCT's external and internal customers receive the high quality service they expect

Assist the CS Manager with any system-related projects to ensure that systems used by customer service are adequate and enable us to support the EMEA business strategies

Support the customer service team in their day to day activities by:

  • Providing job related training, guidance and trouble shooting assistance
  • Coaching the individual team members to maximize their performance and help them achieve their yearly goals
  • Managing the resources in the team to ensure continuity of service
  • Ensuring the working instructions are followed and adapted where needed

Profiel

 

  • Experience of 5 years in a Customer Service related function or in people management
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP or another ERP system
  • IT-literate: excellent in using Excel spreadsheets and knowledgeable in PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (working language is English) - knowledge of any other European language is a plus
  • Able to organize work in order to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities
  • Team player
  • Flexible approach to new projects and challenges
