• Recruitment coordination (database maintenance, interviews organisation, ...)
• Induction of newcomers
• Payroll management in collaboration with social secretariat
• Compensation & benefits
• HR administration (DIMONA, insurances, holidays, ...)
• Car fleet + Blackberry management
• HR policies
• Training coordination
• Participation in HR + team building committees
• HR-related internal communication...

Office Management:

• Reception
• Travel arrangements for the team
• Facilities management
• Incoming + outgoing mail management
• IT 1^st line helpdesk
• Ordering office supplies...

Profiel

1. Education / Experience:

• Degree in HR (or relevant experience), management assistant or languages
• Good communication skills
• Dynamic, flexible, independent and proactive mind
• Diplomatic and excellent presentation

2. Languages

Excellent English and French both spoken and written is a must plus a good knowledge of Dutch

3. Location

The job is located in Brussels city centre (between Madou and Arts-Loi).
