We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator, with Excellent French & English (written & spoken) for a permanent job for our client located in 1050 Brussels.

Function

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Recruitment Manager based in the UK
  • GRADUATE RECRUITMENT:
  • Coordinate high volume graduate recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure successful management of the European university recruiting strategy & process
  • Implement & streamline the campus recruiting strategy
  • Develop partnerships with universities' career services
  • Book & attend careers' fairs & graduate events
  • Develop & execute graduate marketing materials to attract & recruit Graduates & Interns
  • Run an annual advertising programme (hard copy media & online)
  • Candidate research via LinkedIn
  • Screen applications in order to identify top talent
  • Coordinate the assessment process
  • Provide candidate feedback including making offers
  • Graduate database maintenance
  • EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE RECRUITMENT:
  • Draft job descriptions & develop recruitment strategies
  • Advertise vacancies using multiple channels (company website, job boards & social media)
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies (brief them on vacancies, agree terms & discuss profiles)
  • Candidate administration: analyse cv's, book interviews & collate interview forms
  • HR database maintenance

Profile

Your Profile                         

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2 years + experience as a Recruitment Assistant OR HR Assistant OR Management Assistant
  • Excellent English & French (written & spoken)
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn & Glass Door
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Autonomous & proactive, able to work with minimal supervision & take ownership
  • Accustomed to working in a fast paced work environment, you are an effective organiser & prioritiser
  • Eloquent communication skills & service minded, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders locally & internationally
  • Analytical & an eye for detail
  • Quest for knowledge & responsibility
