80% of the product owner is intended for foreign clients mainly in the Middle East, US, Barbados, Russia and Europe.

In order to strengthen the team, we are hiring an Accounting & Office Manager (M/W).

Function

As an Accountant / Office Manager, your role is central and very versatile.

You are in charge of the management and responsible the follow-up of the general accountancy, you are also the person of contact for the reception of the clients and the a snooth administrative coordination within the company.

Daily management of the company's accountancy:

  • Management of incoming and outcoming invoices;
  • Encodings of payments (in & out);
  • Management of VAT returns, tax as well as statistical obligations;
  • Management of monthly (general and analytical) accounting closures;

Office Management:

  • Reception of visitors ;
  • Management of incoming calls ;
  • Mail management (in & out) ;
  • Organization of trips for sales people;
  • Contacts with the social secretariat;
  • Management and coordination of the organization of the office (furniture, IT, ...);
  • Management of banking files, insurance, subsidies,...

 

Profile

As an Accountant / Office Manager, you have the following skills:
  • University or graduate degree in accountancy;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar function ;
  • Bilingual F/E, knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
  • Discretion;
  • Rigorous & methodical;
  • Trust worthy person;
  • Team spirit;
  • Proactive;
  • Knowledge of MS Office + Popsy or Winbooks.

Offer

  • Fixed contract ;
  • Fixed work hours from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17.30 and Friday from 8.30 to 17.30 (38h/week), possibility for 4/5;
