We are currently looking for a HR Assistant, with excellent English, good French and good Dutch for our client located in 1000 Brussels.

Function

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment / New Hire Process

  • Posting job ads, corresponding with candidates, internal departments, and external recruitment agencies
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Providing support for offer and contract preparation
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Supporting the new hires onboarding process (File & benefits administration, workstation, mentoring, induction training, ...)
  • SPOC for all new employee questions

HR Operations

  • Updating employment and status-change data in HR tools
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of local policies and procedures.
  • Actively supporting the yearly evaluation process
  • Coordinating the employee exit process
  • Mailing and tracking pulse-check surveys and analyzing feedback
  • Actively supporting the company's wellbeing program

Career Services

  • Following and responding to the Career Services email inbox
  • Working with the firm's European HR teams to prepare & circulate the monthly newsletter
  • Preparing monthly activity reports & PowerPoint presentations, produce alumni lists and other documents for team as needed

Profile

  • Master's degree
  • 1 year + relevant experience; ideally acquired within a in a HR department
  • Excellent English and Good Dutch and French
  • Excellent organization & time management skills, ability to set priorities
  • Eye for detail
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Experience with/strong interest in databases and process management
  • Service minded
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • High level of integrity expected, maturity to treat all HR-related information as confidential
  • Pro-active, willing to take initiative and responsibility, seeks continuous improvement
