For immediate entry, we recruit a Customer Service Manager Europe F/E experienced in remote team management. You will be based in Brussels at the European headquarters near Avenue Louise.


As Customer Service Manager Europe, your role is to support and evolve your Customer Service Team, some of whom are based in Brussels but also in Italy, UK, Poland and Germany.

Your tasks:

  • Translate the company's objectives into an action plan;
  • People Management: recruitment, coaching, training, communication, advice, evaluation, motivation;
  • Process improvement (productivity, quality ...);
  • Results analysis;
  • Customer contacts (evaluation, finding a solution to problems, information ...).


As a Customer Service Manager, you have the following profile:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Customer Service Manager with experience in remote team management;
  • Perfect command of French and English (spoken & written), knowledge of German is an asset;
  • Flexible to travel on average 1 week / month in Europe;
  • Results oriented;
  • Persuasive;
  • Open minded;
  • Optimistic;
  • Competitive;
  • Confident.
