Who am I?
Born in Halle (Flemish Brabant), raised in East Flanders with a West Flemish family, and moved to Antwerp as an adult, I can say that I can ground myself in all corners of Flemish Belgium! I am an energetic people person and am sometimes called a real ‘spring in ‘t veld’ by my friends. ☀️ I prefer to spend my free time in warm and cosy surroundings: good food, ambiance, cosy lighting, combined with interesting conversations among friends are the ideal combination for me. Besides my job, I also draw a lot of energy from sport. Pilates, yoga and crossfit are my favourites, but nothing starts the day better than putting on my running shoes and going for a run into nature. 👟🍃
My experience in recruitment
I started my career with a thorough sales and recruitment training with a competitor, where I learnt all the tricks of hard sales. After moving to Antwerp, I started as a recruitment consultant for an interim player, where I had the opportunity to work differently or beyond the typical fast-moving interim approach. Thanks to the confidence of my manager, as a junior I was soon able to focus on higher serviced profiles, which gave me the space to work qualitatively and eventually act as a partner on recruitment policy and strategy.
Here, I discovered that building strong, lasting relationships is what really makes me happy, energises me and what I want to develop further. As a result, Profile Group offers a perfect home and base of operations for me.
