I joined the Profile Group adventure in 2026. What I love about my job is being able to have a positive impact on people’s lives, in my own small way, by helping them find a fulfilling environment where they can truly thrive. Every assignment is an opportunity for me to build connections and contribute to helping each person find their place, both professionally and personally.

Committed and attentive, I enjoy understanding needs, supporting candidates and clients, and celebrating every success, big or small (perhaps my little Liège side ? 😊).

My experience in recruitment

I started my career in temporary recruitment, an experience that allowed me to build strong foundations and develop a solid understanding of the job market.

I then moved into permanent recruitment, driven by the desire to work on more in-depth assignments and to have a long-term impact.

Today, I work at Profile Group, where I am 100% dedicated to recruitment for Safran Aero Boosters.

What I appreciate most at Profile Group is the team spirit and the daily sense of mutual support. Everyone works autonomously and can develop their projects in their own way, while always knowing they can count on their colleagues to move forward together.

I also enjoy working in a human-sized company that has proven itself and truly values human relationships. The positive atmosphere, collaboration, and knowledge sharing make every day stimulating and motivating.
