Who am I?
Curious, straightforward and genuinely people-oriented, I love understanding what drives people, whether they’re candidates, managers or colleagues. Bilingual in French and English, I switch between the two without even noticing.
An entrepreneur at heart, I love building things, both literally and figuratively. At weekends, you’ll often find me hands-deep in some improvised project. During the week, I’m passionate about anything to do with automation and new technology. In short, I’m never without a new project for long!
My experience
More than nine years of full-cycle recruitment, from the first call to the signed contract, across IT, engineering and sales profiles. I spent several years in the field as a freelance Talent Acquisition specialist and in B2B placement across the Benelux market. That experience taught me to see recruitment from both sides of the table: the client who needs results, and the candidate who deserves to be heard.
I joined Profile Group in RPO, where I support Safran Aero Boosters in recruiting IT talent for its IT department. What I bring: a recruiter’s rigour, an entrepreneur’s instincts and a genuine desire to create lasting connections.
