I entered the recruitment world in 2017. I already felt a strong affinity with this way of working and with how I perceive and experience things. A profession centered on meetings, listening, people, and their needs.

I discovered the recruitment profession in consultancy. I immediately loved placing the right person in the right role. I then paused my career for a year to travel the world with my husband. Central and South America, Oceania, Southeast Asia, and a touch of the Middle East: it was incredible.

Upon returning to Belgium, I rejoined my former team in a role combining recruitment, consultant management, and commercial responsibilities. I later spent a few years in a small recruitment agency in Liège before joining Profile Group in September 2024. There, I found a perfect blend of kindness, mutual support, and dynamism, all driven by performance and client service.
