What was your challenge before meeting Profile Group?

Before I met Profile Group and was offered Talentboost, I used LinkedIn, direct approach, advertisements on Traxio's internal website, publications and specialist magazines.  I have an extensive experience in recruitment, having run a recruitment company myself, but it took up a lot of my time and energy to ensure the visibility of my job posting. What's more, the whole administration part was cumbersome, and the communication with the line managers was also challenging.

Can you explain the solution?

After meeting Véronique, who provided valuable advice on optimizing job postings, and thanks to the contribution of the marketing service, we ensured that the postings would attract the right candidates. I received meticulous follow-up. One of the postings, for example, had to be adapted because it did not sufficiently target the desired candidates.

The publication of the ads on all the job sites is fully handled by the Talentfinder team at an unbeatable cost. All candidates apply on the platform, which means that CVs are well centralised.
