Who am I?
Born and raised in the vibrant heart of Brussels, with Turkish roots enriching my identity, I have shaped my professional career full of ambition and perseverance. In 2011, my adventure began at Profile Group, then as Candidate Coordinator, a role in which I welcomed and guided candidates through their first steps within the selection process. Not long after, Talentfinder saw the light of day and I had the honor of being one of the first to hold the title Talentfinder Service Specialist. For three wonderful years I grew within this dynamic environment, but the urge to broaden my horizons led me to a new challenge in internal recruitment. A logical move, one would say, but some connections are too strong to let go of forever. After a decade, I decided to return to my familiar surroundings, to Profile Group as a Talentfinder Success Specialist. With pride, I am now one of the boomerang colleagues within Profile Group, a living testament to the power of a good match. As the Turkish saying goes, “A stone is heavy in its place” – value is most recognized where someone truly belongs.
My role
As Success Specialist, I drive Talentfinder’s growth and progress. I ensure that clients get the maximum value from the platform, providing guidance, support and strategic advice. My role goes beyond technical support. I am a true partner of our clients, someone who guides, advises and helps them achieve their recruitment goals. My mission is to provide them with the best service so that they can use Talentfinder to its fullest potential and achieve maximum success!
