Who am I ?
I am Caroline, born in Leuven but living in Antwerp with my partner and 2 sons.
After my studies in Teaching and Sales & Marketing, I have started my career in the IT sector in several administrative and commercial roles. Since 2001, I am active in the sector of recruitment. This sector suits me a lot, because I am very passionate about people – being a very empathic and positive person relying on my 6th sense!
Besides work, I love “the good life”: enjoying nice moments surrounded by my family and friends and enjoying holidays at the Belgian coast!
My experience in recruitment
In my role of Regional Manager Flanders, I am responsible for the region Flanders and my mission is to grow further together with my team and to service our clients every day – based on trust and mutual respect – by making a qualitative match for both candidate and client.
After more than 22 years of experience in business development, recruitment and people management, I still love my job and stay passionate about people! I still learn every day, because in recruitment no day is the same and it is really important to follow the quick changes in the market.
What I like about Profile Group?
I have joined Profile Group beginning of November 2023. Already during my first interview with our manager Andrew Simmonds, I felt that this was the right choice for me! Andrew is a great people manager who listens, encourages and gives trust – all very important to flourish within your job!
